From 5 watts to 10 watts, then 15 watts, we have seen 40, 50 and even 55 watt fast chargers on different phones this year. A few days ago, Xiaomi said that they are going to bring a 100 watt fast charger. But this time, Asia’s emerging smartphone brand Vivo seems to want to go beyond this limit. They have announced the introduction of a 120-watt fast charger technology at the Mobile World Congress 2019 to be held in Shanghai next week. They have named this technology “Super Flash Charge”.
Vivo confirmed this in a post on Chinese social media platform Weibo. In the post, they also gave a detailed explanation in this regard. Vivo says a phone with a 4000 mAh battery capacity will take just 5 minutes to charge from zero to 50 percent with the new A Flash Charger! The more interesting thing is that the remaining 50 percent of the phone will not take much time to charge. Instead, it will reach 50 to 100 percent in just 6 minutes. This means that it will take only 13 minutes to fully charge the battery. This is a really incredible technology!

If Vivo’s announcement is true, it is to be hoped that there will be no more problems with the phone’s battery capacity or charging. Details will be available at the Mobile World Congress Shanghai on June 26.
