1) Aloe vera gel
Aloe vera juice is especially helpful for hair growth. Collect the gel from aloe vera leaves and apply the gel directly on the scalp and leave it for 1 hour. Then wash your hair. Regular use will help hair to grow.
2) Shampoo with understanding
Understand your hair type and use shampoo. There is no such thing as having to use a famous brand of shampoo. Use the shampoo that will suit your hair. Otherwise the amount of hair fall will increase.
3) 1 mango every day
Mango is a very effective food for hair. It helps to strengthen the hair structure. Make it a habit to eat at least 1 mango every day.
4) Regular oil massage
Massage hot oil on hair at least 3 days a week. If necessary, you can mix coconut oil, olive oil, castor oil, sesame oil and any 3 of almond oils in a bottle and use it.
