5. Give 10-15 mg of paracetamol every 4 hours.

If the condition is moderately tolerable, you can give it to the hospital, or at home, but only on medical advice.

Supportive care for your child before hospitalization or while waiting for any reason-

1. Adequate amount of liquid food. Ivy fluid and nasogastric feeding may be required.
2. iv can take ORS saline as fluids.
3. Zinc +/- Probiotics can be given for diarrhea.
4. Give 10-15 mg / kg / dose of paracetamol every 4 hours.
5. Continue to do whatever therapy is needed to increase oxygen in the body through exercise.

If your child has a serious and critical coronary heart disease, you must be hospitalized and seek medical advice.
