2014 was not a good year for Samsung. Their organization for 2015 is not very good. Due to competition, cheap phones, etc., it is becoming increasingly difficult for Samsung to maintain its lucrative position.
Samsung had planned to bring the Tizen operating system to avoid their predicament, but it is still slow. Although at least one Tizen OS powered phone was rumored to arrive in 2014, Samsung has yet to confirm that.
Tizen will come in a different way over which Samsung will have full control. Device makers can use Android OS for free, but the phones are being built with a contract that allows them to use Google’s various services, such as Gmail, Google Will come with map and play store.

Its interface is a lot like Android. But there aren’t many apps for Tizen that are available for Android. And if people don’t find good apps and new things then why use it. This was the main reason for the collapse of the BlackBerry.
On the other hand, Chinese phone makers like Xiaomi are selling powerful devices like Samsung at almost half the price. That’s why Xiaomi is now the fourth largest phone maker in the world. In the case of Android phones, it is no longer very important who the manufacturer is.

And as instant messaging, there is ChatOn which is going to be shut down as it cannot compete.
Even after so much Tizen Somewhat far from closing. It is coming to Samsung’s smartwatches and will come in the future as a smart home controller by which lights, washing machines, AC etc. can be controlled with home appliances like phones.
Tizen was a very promising move for Samsung but its position is now much lower.
