1. Plank: Lie on your back on the ground.

2. Bridge pose: Lie down with your back straight. Place both hands parallel to the body.

Now keep it up on the knees. Try to straighten the waist.

Return to the previous position and repeat (bridge pose).

3. Cobra pose: Lie on your back with pressure on your stomach.

Touch the palms of your hands to the ground along the neck.

Now gently lift your chest up from the ground.

Hold this for a while and breathe.

Now slowly lie down on your back and repeat this process (cobra pose).
