3. Aloe veraMassage aloe vera gel on the affected area for external hemorrhoids. This will help reduce the pain quickly.

In case of internal hemorrhoids, cut the thorny part of the aloe vera leaf and put the gel part in a plastic packet and keep it in the fridge. This time apply a piece of cold aloe vera gel to the wound. It will help reduce irritation, pain, itching.

4. Olive OilEat one teaspoon of olive oil every day. It helps the body to reduce inflammation quickly. It is very effective in curing hemorrhoids.

5. Ginger and lemon juiceDehydration is another cause of hemorrhoids. Eat a mixture of ginger, lemon and honey twice a day. Hemorrhoids can be controlled quickly by playing this mixture regularly. In addition, drinking at least 2-3 liters of water a day can be very beneficial.
