The World Health Organization (WHO) announced today that the disease, which was first detected in India, is a cause of concern for the world, which has spread to 49 countries. This week, seeing hundreds of dead bodies floating in the Ganges caused public outrage. They are thought to have died of coronavirus. Authorities have not yet determined the cause of death, but some medical scientists have expressed concern that the virus could spread the disease through contaminated water.
