With limited business operations, Xiaomi is launching free after-sales services for veterans across the country, including Army, Police and Medical and Health Department personnel working to combat Covid-19.
At the same time, they are also offering discounts on smartphone spare parts. The offer will be available at all Shaomi’s authorized service centers by the end of May.
India’s leading consumer intelligence firm RedQuanta on Tuesday declared Shaomi as the ‘best brand’ in after-sales service in Bangladesh. The brand has announced free after-sales service and discounts on spare parts for the country’s leading Covid-19 fighters.
According to a report published by research firm RedQuanta, Xiaomi has emerged as the ‘best brand’ in after-sales service in Bangladesh in the fourth quarter of 2019. RedQuant gave such information in a survey of more than five hundred delegates. Where the speed of the problem solving process was taken as the main goal.
Xiaomi has also made improvements in areas other than after-sales customer service, particularly in infrastructure and the environment, problem solving and increasing staff knowledge. From the third quarter of 2019 to the first quarter of 2020, Xiaomi continued to improve its after-sales service. At the same time, the service gap between other brands, especially Samsung and Huawei, is slowly increasing.
The survey, conducted to find out how well-known brands are committed to providing after-sales service to consumers, divides the average consumer’s area of getting their smartphone repaired or serviced into five categories. These are: service delivery infrastructure and environment, service availability, staff usage, problem solving deadlines and problem solving quality. Each of these services is individually scored and analyzed. The survey was conducted in Dhaka and other major cities on the country’s leading smartphone brands Shaomi, Samsung and Huawei.
