When it is well cooked, boil the meat in a pressure cooker. Make sure the water in the meat dries out and the fat melts. Now divide the meat and rice into two parts. In a large pot, first make a layer of meat. Spread a layer of rice on top of it. Sprinkle saffron and sweet perfume on the rice with milk. This is the first layer of biryani. Spread the meat on the rice layer in the same way. And spread the rice over the meat layer. On top of the second layer also put milky cation and sweet perfume. Now tighten the mouth of the pot. Leave on low heat for at least half an hour. Carefully open the pot and check. The smell of biryani will make the house mum.

Shir Korma

Now it’s dessert’s turn. Heat ghee in a pan and add almonds, cashews, pesto and raisins. Heat ghee again and fry broken simui in it. In another pot, heat the milk over low heat to make milk. When the milk is ready, mix the sugar and keep stirring with your hands. Mix saffron. Then slowly soak the dried fruit and mix it with Simui milk and boil it a little. Serve chilled.

Heat a lot of ghee in a large pressure cooker and add bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg, jaggery. When it smells of spices, add ginger-garlic paste. Once it turns light brown, add boneless mutton or lamb. Day with raw chilli paste, turmeric powder and saffron. Stay tuned. Add water. Half-cook the meat with a couple of whistles under pressure. Carefully open the lid of the cooker, add the fried onion and mix well again with a fork. Now add water-soaked mug and gram pulses and broken wheat. Add a little hot water if necessary. And now add salt to it. Take 4-5 whistles in a pressure cooker. If you like the smell, you can mix a drop of sweet perfume in it.
